If your coming to a bigger city in the u.s and you don't want to gain weight then rent a bike or walk instead of getting a car because I have a friend from Germany and she was worried that she would gain weight when she came hear but I told her to rent a bike instead of a car and after 2 weeks when she got home she texted me and said she actualy lost 8 lbs while in the states
Would you say my son is thin or fat he is 14 years old 5 foot 8 inches tall and 127 pounds?

I think you need to make your son lose weight he should be about 115 not 127
