So each meal is 400 calories, I see, that’s 1600 calories per day over the 4 meals.
It’s actually a fixed diet of 400 calories per DAY. This article doesn’t discuss any of the implications to following a diet like this yet I believe this diet is heading on the verge of anorexia.
Hi Stacey, Im afraid you are wrong. It is not a fixed 400 calorie per day diet, that would be rediculous. The opening statement on their official site reads “The simple rule is one you can really live with: Enjoy three or four 400-calorie meals like the ones you see here every day … and don’t forget to snack!”
So its 1600 calories plus snack. Not bad at all for the average sized woman.
