There are also disadvantages included in organic food diet. Though most does not affect the health of most organic food diet practitioners, organic food may usually come expensive.  It is not very economical for all people to adapt. There are also instances wherein food is told to be organic but they were grown with massive manure or natural fertilizers. This can also cause more harm than genetically cultured food source.

You shouldn’t worry about not eating meat with organic food diet; it is also allowed to eat meat as long these animals are grown naturally. And natural would mean they were not fed with plenty of growing feeds and synthetic food to enhance faster growth. Native chicken that are freed in the environment and fed with natural foods are considered organic food source as well.
