I am sure you want to read this just to know how you can become wealthy. The lure of money is simply magnetic, isn’t it? Well, I am sure your grandma told you that Health is Wealth. So here are certain healthy diets that keep you healthy. Being healthy is the same as being wealthy, so read on to know about some wonderful healthy diets.

Before we go into the details of healthy diets, we need to understand what health actually means. Health is not simply the absence of disease, as most of us would like to believe. Health denotes a state of equilibrium and harmony between the trinity of Body, Mind and Soul. Healthy diets are those diets that qualify to bring about a sense of harmony between the Trinity. This is the holistic concept of health, and holistic health believes that what ever affects the body will affect the mind, and vice versa.

Your daily diet cannot be included amongst healthy diets by merely sufficing in providing you with necessary calories and keeping you free from disease. Healthy diets should promote a feeling of well-being and fitness too. Consuming a well balanced and nutritious diet that contains all the necessary vitamins and essential minerals is highly recommended. All healthy diets will necessarily be well balanced and nutritious too.

In addition to providing the vitamins, minerals and calories, the relative proportion between the various components also needs to be maintained perfectly, for diets to qualify as healthy diets.

Another highly important factor is the hygiene of the consumed diet. No matter how balanced or nutritious your duet may be, if it cannot conform to good hygienic standards, it never can make you healthy, nor can it be included amongst the healthy diets.

Last but essentially not the least is the all important factor of contamination. The present state of affairs is such that we are unable to pin point ant food that is totally free from contamination. The contamination may be in the form of pesticides, fertilizers and chemical herbicides which are used during the cultivation process. So this denotes that the healthy diets include only those food substances that are grown in an organic environment. The healthy diets should be free from all kinds of pollutants.

Healthy diets are the pedestals on which health, fitness and longevity of people in particular and the world in general rests on- so it demands more of our attention!
