Generally a high intensity plyos exercise, the zigzap hops will require the use of an agility ladder in order to carry out the right  procedures. It requires standing on the left side of the ladder and forcefully pushing both feet off it and landing on the other side. Alternately doing the  same procedure while on the right side of the ladder completes the mechanics of this exercise that encourages weight loss when done hand in hand with the right  cardio and strength training routines.
