Psychology plays an essential role in losing weight. Weight loss is not merely accredited to physical effort. You must also be psychologically or mentally prepared to succeed in this endeavor. To be able to lose weight effectively, you first need to have an ideal self image in your mind. This will be your goal. Also, working out and dieting will never be effective if you are not psychologically prepared to lose weight.
