How does the 1500 calorie diet work?
The 1500 calorie diet is actually divided in to 5 different meals and one dessert. So you have 3 main meals and 2 snacks per day. Each of these 3 main meals should be of 350 calories each and 2 snacks should be of 150 calories each. The remaining calories may be adjusted in consuming a dessert.
