Three good meals per day are important, although you can eat more if you need to gain weight. Thick rich soups are very valuable for weight gainers and muscle builders. If possible and convenient, it has been found that 5 meals and sometimes 6 a day are very helpful for those who wish to gain weight rapidly. Just watch what you eat, don’t eat too much, and always eat and never skip a good breakfast.
