How Much Fruit Should I Eat?
It is recommended that you eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day. But what is a portion? Think of a medium sized orange, apple, or banana as one portion. Probably 2 to 3 fruits per day are more than sufficient. Although fruit juices can count as one of your portions it would be advisable to limit intake of juices as they do not contain fibre.
