Sweat is an indicator that your body is close to overheating, and this cooling system lets water out of your skin to cool you down. However it doesn’t really mean that the more you sweat the more fat and calories you burn. If you are training in cold places, it’s possible to not sweat but still get really exhausted from working out. To check if you are really getting a good workout, check the reading on your heart rate monitor. If you don’t have one simply check your pulse for elevated heart rate.
