Holidays are there to be enjoyed and you may feel tempted to give yourself more treats. Many restaurants in holiday resorts offer steak and chips, fish and chips. pasta, pizza and so on. So be careful in making your choices. How about leaving the chips and ask for some extra salad or cooked vegetables. If you are in an all-inclusive package deal be vigilant at breakfast time. If there is a buffet, limit what you put on your plate and do not go for seconds. When on the beach, try to drink sufficient water and stay clear from ice creams. Be careful with the alcohol . And if you can, get moving by going for a walk, play some ball games on the beach, go for a swim. Treat yourself from time to time and accept you will need to be extra careful upon your return.
