Is there any strength training yoga program suitable for weight loss?

There are few things to consider. Bodyweight exercises are great for women. Yoga and Pilates are good examples of strength training as they tend to work out the whole body without added weights for muscle toning. Men prefer body weight programs that are cardio in nature because they would want not only to tone their muscles but to have a muscular built as well.
