  South Korean diet is characterised by having plenty of vegetables, chilli, and Korean Ginseng. Meat, noodles, fish, and even rice are always prepared with vegetables as part of the meal or as a side dish. Most South Korean dishes have chilli in them either in the form of a paste or sauce. Chillies are known to increase metabolism rate. The Korean Ginseng is also believed to have not just health benefits, but weight loss benefits as well.
