Teenage diet, is it harmful to my child?

As we all know teenagers are often pressurized by peers about how they look. Most of the teens would be anorexic because they want to look good in the eyes of their peers. And some of the obese teens would be doing drastic measures to lose weight. Teenage diets are planned well; it is not harmful to your child. It is planned well do that even if your child will eat lesser amount of food they will still acquire the same amount of nutrients, and it will help in losing weight as well.
