  Liquid diet may either be full liquid diet or clear liquid diet. If you’re on a full liquid diet, you can have the following: yogurt, milkshakes, fruit juices (without pulp and bits of fruits in it), vegetable soup (strained), ice pops (not ice cream because some may have nuts and other solids in it) and all other beverages (limit coffee and tea). If you’re on a clear liquid diet, you can have the following: gelatin, broth, fruit juices(strained), ice pop and water.
