A diet can be called a “Balanced Diet” if it is healthy enough to provide you with all the necessary elements essential in your daily meal to support all bodily functions, growth and development that which keeps your body in good total health. Carbohydrates, protein, and fat should be in proper distribution and the presence of all the needed vitamins and minerals has been seen to.
