What is SENSA diet? Can it really help me lose weight?
Sensa diet is oftentimes called as “The Sprinkle Diet”. However, this method is not a diet in itself as the name suggests. In this method, all you have to do is to sprinkle Sensa crystals (which comes in various flavours) on everything that you eat, give it a sniff, and that’s it. The sniffing part is quite weird but that’s how it is really done because Sensa works through the sense of smell. It does the trick by making the olfactory receptors send impulses to the brain to think that you’re already full. It triggers early satiety that’s sensory in nature making you eat less and eventually lose weight. However, researchers still recommend the traditional means of losing weight instead of Sensa, unless the link between smell and weight loss has been conclusively demonstrated.
