What is the Core Balance Diet?
0 vote(s)This diet was developed by Marcelle Pick, co-founder of Women to Women, an American healthcare clinic especially for women. The diet is divided into two parts over a period of 4 weeks. During the first 2 weeks emphasis is given on altering diet and lifestyle and identifying the major obstacles to weight loss. This is essentially a detox period.In the following 2 weeks, the dieter is asked to follow a specially designed program, depending on which the key obstacles identified. This then enables the dieter to restore her Core Balance and rid of the ‘toxic weight’.
