  There are many foods to avoid if you are on a wheat free diet. Some of the foods to avoid are the following:

  • French fries, some kinds of chips
  • Noodles and pasta
  • Most cereals
  • Couscous
  • Cheese ( specially blue cheese)
  • Beer (some kinds of beer)
  • Cakes, pastries
  • Snacks like pretzels, waffles and donuts
  • Battered fried foods (Fried chicken, Cheese sticks)
