Most men think there’s nothing they can do about their rising body fat–to–lean muscle ratio because it is something that comes along as they age and experience the hormonal changes associated with andropause. But instead of settling for a higher fat percentage as they reach midlife and their later years, men can do something about it. The amount of body fat is directly related to diet and exercise. It is never too late to change your body composition through a good nutritional and exercise program.
